In-person and virtual events planned
The Union County Carnegie Library is ready for November. The library will continue their mix of in-person and virtual events throughout the month.
On Tuesdays at 10 a.m., they will continue their in-person Tuesday Story Time program for ages 0-4.
They also have in-person craft pick-up events scheduled Tuesday afternoons on the 2nd, 9th, and 16th. This Tuesday, the craft pick-up is titled, “I Voted”. The bag will include an assortment of crafts. Pick up craft bags downstairs in the children/teen area. If you can’t pick up a craft bag on the assigned date, call the library to make other arrangements.
The 23rd will be an in-person Unwind Time for adults, also from 4-6 p.m.
Toddler Time will remain virtual. It will be posted to the library’s Facebook page and YouTube channel on Wednesday, November 10, and Wednesday, November 24, at 10 a.m.
The Let’s Talk About Steam program will be virtual, as well. It will be posted this Thursday, November 4, and again Thursday, November 18, at 4 p.m.
The library will be closed for Veterans Day on Thursday, November 11, and they will have two days off for Thanksgiving, on Thursday and Friday, November 25 and 26.
