An arrest has been made in a shoplifting case dating back to 2019. According to the warrant, 58-year-old Joseph Anthony Davis is charged with shoplifting. Davis is accused of stealing numerous brand-new cell phones from Walmart on August 12, 2019. The phones were valued at more than $45,000. Davis was arrested on Thursday.
