Registration event coming to the stadium March 7th
Over the course of four days, more than 60 4K and newly enrolled 5K families have begun the registration process for the 2023-2024 school year. The school district reminds parents that your student is not fully registered until all forms are complete and the required documentation is uploaded.
If you need help registering or uploading documents, plan to attend the school district’s registration event for pre-K registration and newly enrolled 5K students on Tuesday, March 7, from 9-5 at the Union County Stadium parking lot. District personnel will be on site to help with the registration process that day. To register, you must have the child’s birth certificate and three proofs of residence to register. In addition, 18 community partners will be on site providing information and services to families. They will have special guest appearances throughout the day, including the USC Union Bantams mascot, Miss Union County Fair Teen Madyson Gregory, Letter Land characters, and more. Hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be provided for registering families starting at 10:45 while supplies last. Kona Ice will be on site for purchase, as well.
The registration link is on the school district’s website at www.union.k12.sc.us under the news section. Remember, the state requires that students entering the district’s new all-day 4K program must attend the school for which they are zoned.
