Fundraiser and blood drive will take place at Greater Union Church

A fundraiser is set for this Saturday for Samantha Walker. Walker is battling stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. The fundraiser will be held at the Greater Union Church at 323 North Duncan Bypass. They will have a live auction, a bake sale, and a blood drive going on. Kenny Puckett will be the licensed auctioneer for the event, which begins at 9 a.m. and will go until 2 p.m. Those who donate blood at the blood drive will receive a $40 eGift card, and The Blood Connection will make a $20 charitable donation for Walker.
