Rutherford says she wants to host a town hall meeting with constituents
Carolyn Rutherford, newly elected County Council District 5 representative, was sworn in during a brief ceremony Monday afternoon in the main courtroom at the Union County Courthouse. With family, friends, and supporters on hand, Lawayne Anderson from the Clerk of Court’s Office administered the oath of office.
