As we noted yesterday in the news, escaped inmate Yasin Amari Razil Richardson was captured behind Bill and Rebecca Rochester’s house on Pine Street. Bill Rochester wrote a letter to thank law enforcement officials for their hard work, and he wanted to share it with our listeners:
