Workers to receive dinner, Walmart gift card

Back on September 15, City of Union workers marked their 200th day without a loss-time accident. To honor that safety milestone, a safety dinner will be held for the employees. The employees will also receive a $25 Walmart gift card. Last year, the City of Union was honored for its commitment to safety by winning the South Carolina Municipal Insurance Trust Award by reducing their total costs and keeping employees safe while delivering better public services.
