Comprehensive Plan, computers for Union County Sheriff's Office approved

Union County Council’s special meeting was a blink-and-you-miss-it affair, lasting just two minutes. In that time, they deferred voting on recommendations from the county roads committee until a later meeting. They unanimously passed first reading of the Union County Comprehensive Plan. They approved $9499.05 for computers for the Union County Sheriff’s Office. The money for the computers will come from bond proceeds.
