Development Board to Hold Ceremony to Break Ground on New Subdivision

Subdivision will be located at Meansville Road and Buffalo-West Springs Highway

The Union County Development Board is hosting a ground-breaking ceremony to celebrate the start of a new housing development. Next Tuesday, November 15, at 10 a.m., they will celebrate Buffalo Creek, a single-family neighborhood, at Meansville Road and Buffalo-West Springs Highway. Buffalo Creek is a project of Mark III Properties and Century Communities. The county and the city will be joining in the celebration along with the development board. Refreshments will be served at the ceremony.
