USC Union student gives the ice cream a positive review
On Thursday morning, WBCU spoke with Elise Ashby of the Robinhood Group about Union County Foodshare, the Union County Farmers Market, and Farmers Market Flavors Ice Cream. They offer ice cream made with fresh fruits and vegetables. This unique ice cream comes in several flavors: blueberry, which includes fresh blueberries and okra; cantaloupe, which includes cantaloupe and tomatoes; plum, which contains plums and carrots; and peach, which contains peaches and summer squash.
Andrew Baxley, a student at USC Union, had an opportunity to try these unique flavors and gave us his thoughts on this ice cream:
