Victim is 14 years old; condition unknown
Not much more is known about the shooting incident that happened around midnight Friday night on Harris Street. Union Public Safety released Sgt. David Lee’s report on the incident. When Lee arrived on scene, he stated Chief McGee, Captain Robinson, and Investigators Beatty, Gregory, and Beheler were already on scene, standing in an open area at Harris Street and Old Buffalo Road. Lee saw a male subject laying on the ground bleeding from his back area. Lee made sure the scene was secured. The victim was listed as a 14-year-old black male. According to reports, he was flown to Spartanburg Medical Center for treatment, where his condition is unknown.
