Linda Leventis-Wells and Dr. Kizzy Gibson spotlighted today
A modest crowd turned out at Veterans Lodge to hear five of the six candidates for SC Superintendent of Education Thursday night.
Linda Leventis-Wells was the first to speak. She noted her family has ties to Union County, as her dad owned Palmetto House as she was beginning her career in law enforcement in Richland County. Among her 15 minutes of comments, she had this to say:
