Founders Federal Credit Union Celebrates New Location

Daniel Prince

Larger building accommodates major growth over past 7 years

The Union County Chamber of Commerce hosted the ribbon cutting and grand opening of the new Founders Federal Credit Union, which moved from a smaller building on the bypass to a new 3600-square foot office at 315 Buffalo-West Springs Highway. The new $1.2 million building features four teller stations, six financial service representative offices, two drive-up lanes, and a drive-up ATM. It is 80% larger than its former location to accommodate its growth from fewer than 2000 members in Union County in 2014 to more than 5000 members today.
