Governor McMaster Signs Executive Order Appointing Phillip Russell as Supervisor

Russell will take office on December 1st

Governor Henry McMaster officially signed the executive order appointing Phillip Russell as Union County Supervisor as of December 1st. Bob Love is resigning as interim on November 30th. Love announced at the November Union County Council meeting that December 1st would be the transition date. At the recent Buffalo Creek subdivision groundbreaking, Russell had this to say about the transition:
