Toddler overdoses on fake roxy
A Jonesville woman has been charged with unlawful neglect of a child. According to the arrest warrant, 24-year-old Nancy Gail Miller faces the charge because on September 28, she had possession of a fake Roxy pill and neglected to keep her child safe by allowing her two-year-old son to ingest the pill and overdose, requiring medical attention. Miller was arrested Monday. A $5000 surety bond was set for her, but as of Wednesday morning, she is still listed as being in Union County Jail.
