Prince teaches at Foster Park; Lee works at Monarch

The Union County School District held a special banquet Tuesday night to honor its Employees of the Year. After treating them to a steak dinner from Midway BBQ and special music by GT Music student Daniel Kurtz, each of the schools’ Support Staff of the Year honorees were recognized with a video tribute, and then Personnel Director Jeff Stribble announced the District Support Staff of the Year honoree:

Rep. Doug Gilliam presented Prince with a state flag that had flown over the State House. Bryan Stone from Lockhart Power, one of the evening’s sponsors, presented both Stollger and Prince with a $1000 stipend for being the District Teacher of the Year.
