Daniel Prince

Friends of the Library and Union County Community Remembrance Project are taking donations

The L.W. Long Community Resource Center will take advantage of the crowds coming downtown for the festival and will host an open house event Friday afternoon from 4-7 p.m. They are inviting festival attendees to stop by and hear the vision of the Friends of the Union County Carnegie Library and the Union County Community Remembrance Project. They are planning a community space that supports services for food, health, housing, education, employment, economic development, and life skills. Donations are welcome. The L.W. Long Community Resource Center is at 213 West Main Street across from the courthouse.
