Part-time library assistant needed
The Union County Library System is back with a mix of in-person and virtual events for the coming week. Today at 4 p.m., Annie will lead a virtual Mindful Monday event dealing with cognitive distortions. On Tuesday at 10, children ages birth to five are invited to Tuesday Storytime, with the theme Leaves Falling, with Union County First Steps. Tuesday from 4-6 p.m. will be Unwind Time for adults, titled Somewhere Over the Rainbow. Wednesday at 10 will be Toddler Time: Sensory Ball. Jennifer will lead the virtual event. All of the library’s virtual events can be seen on the library’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
The library is still looking for a part-time library assistant. You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work evenings and weekends. The application is available online at www.unionlibrary.org/employment. It can be submitted to jobs@unionlibrary.org or drop it off at the library at 300 East South Street.
