Public Safety officer says lack of things to do contributes to the issue

The Love Thy Neighbor Group is hosting a guest speaker to address the opioid and fentanyl crisis in Union County. Tori West Olusey from Hold Out the Lifeline: A Mission to Families will make a presentation this afternoon at 5:30 p.m. at the Grace United Methodist Church sanctuary on South Church Street. She has shared this presentation across the state and also to several groups here in Union County. Everyone is welcome to attend and hear this presentation. The group is seeking to help address the drug problem in the county as well as to help young people who are falling behind in school to succeed.
