Man receives 10-pound package of the drug via UPS
A man has been charged with trafficking marijuana, according to the Union Public Safety Department. 65-year-old Michael Anthony Talley was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana. Talley has a Spartanburg address listed on his booking sheet. According to the arrest warrant, Talley is accused of receiving a UPS package on Wednesday containing 10 pounds of marijuana while at 138 Hopt Lane in Union County.
