Man Faces Incest and Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor Charges

Incidents occurred between October 2010 and April 2011

A 33-year-old Union man has been arrested and charged with incest and first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. The allegations date back to between October 31, 2010, and April 30, 2011, when the victim was four years old. The crimes took place in the City of Union. Warrants were signed on Kenneth Wayne Shetley, Jr., in April of this year. Shetley was arrested on Wednesday, and bond has been denied.
