Cocaine, meth, fake roxies, marijuana, and gun found in man's vehicle

A Union man faces numerous drug and weapons charges following a traffic stop near 800 South Duncan Bypass. On Monday, Cpl. Cole Stanley assisted Public Safety Officer Cody Nations with a suspicious vehicle call at Murphy’s gas station. The driver fled from law enforcement but was eventually stopped on South Duncan Bypass. 24-year-old Nicolas Hunter Woods was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, first offense; unlawful carrying of a handgun; trafficking methamphetamine; possession of a weapon during a violent crime; possession of a Schedule 2 narcotic; failure to stop for a blue light; possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Woods was found with 5.66 grams of cocaine, 12.34 grams of meth, 3 fake roxie blue pills, 42.77 grams of marijuana, and a .40 caliber black Glock 27. The possession of a weapon during a violent crime charge was because of the large amount of meth in his possession.
