Russell thanks his predecessor, lays out his vision
County employees and well-wishers gathered in the lobby at the Union County Courthouse Thursday morning for the swearing-in ceremony of Union County Supervisor Phillip Russell. After taking the oath of office, Russell thanked Bob Love for the work he did as interim over the past few months. Russell said the county has a lot of good employees serving the people of the county, and he laid out his vision of service:
