Two bullets found in house, multiple bullet holes found outside
The Union Public Safety Department is investigating shots fired into a house. The incident occurred on McBeth Street around 6 a.m. Friday morning. PFCs Brown and Taylor responded. A woman at the address stated she heard four shots. Bullet holes were found along the front outside wall and in the side of a refrigerator on the front porch. Sgt. Shaver arrived on scene, and he and Brown checked the street and grassy areas for shell casings. They found four and marked them. After leaving the scene, PFC Taylor was called back, as the woman had found a bullet in the bathroom wall. She said there could also be another bullet in her son’s bedroom. A bullet hole was found in the bedroom window, and a bullet was laying in the bedroom floor. The investigation is continuing.
