School Board Approves Two Lists of Administrators Following Executive Session

Unanimous vote for one list, 7-1 vote for second list

Following a 45-minute executive session, the public portion of Monday night’s special called meeting of the Union County Board of School Trustees lasted just two minutes. The purpose of the meeting was for the board to consider two lists of administrator contracts for approval. Back in open session, the board unanimously approved list A. The board then voted 7-1, with Doc Lipsey opposed, to approve list B. Names on the lists and their assignments for the coming year were not made available yet, but they will be announced in the coming days or weeks.
