Board to look at administrator contracts for next year
The Union County Board of School Trustees will hold a special called meeting this evening in the multipurpose room at the Union County Career and Technology Center. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. After the formalities, the board will hold an executive session as they deal with the administrator contracts that they separated from the last meeting’s contract considerations. It appears the administrative lists will be broken into two lists, a List A and a List B. It is not known if they will reveal the names of the administrators on the lists upon approval or not. WBCU News has already reported that Union County High School will need a new principal for next year with Kevin Farmer going to Dorman to serve as an assistant principal there. It is not known if that job will be on either of the administrator lists this time or not. WBCU will attend the meeting and relate what we find out in Tuesday’s newscast.
