May 31st is last day for students; graduation is set for June 3rd
There is one month left in the current school year, and there are several important dates to remember. There will be no school on Memorial Day this year, on Monday, May 29. May 30-31 will be half days for students, with May 31 being the last day of school for students. June 1 will be a staff development day. Graduation is set for Saturday, June 3. Teachers will return for staff development days from July 24-31, with the next school year beginning on Tuesday, August 1, for students. That will be the beginning of the new modified schedule for the 2023-2024 school year. The modified calendar will feature extended breaks from October 4-13, December 18-January 5, and March 20-29, with three remediation days scheduled during those breaks for those who need it.
