MAU Workforce Solutions, SAS Retail Services, and Michelin all have job fairs coming up
There are several hiring events going on in the Upstate in the next couple of weeks. One is set for tomorrow. MAU Workforce Solutions is hosting an in-person and virtual hiring event Tuesday, November 30, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at SC Works Spartanburg, at 220 East Kennedy Street. For those wishing to attend virtually, contact SC Works to get the link. MAU is hiring for machine operators in Duncan. These are direct hire positions at $19.24 an hour. The job is for 12-hour shifts. A high school diploma or GED is required, and one year of experience is required.
SAS Retail Services will host a virtual hiring event on Wednesday, December 1, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Contact SC Works for the link. SAS is hiring for part-time retail merchandisers in Spartanburg. These are direct-hire positions for $12 an hour. The job is for 24-28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. A high school diploma or GED is required. Dental and vision insurance is available.
Michelin will be holding its next job fair on Friday, December 10, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at SC Works Spartanburg, at 220 East Kennedy Street. The career fair is for those interested in a career at Michelin in Spartanburg. Interviews will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Prior to the event, apply for the Spartanburg SC Production Operator position at jobs.michelinman.com. Michelin seeks manufacturing professionals with production skills for its Spartanburg facility. Entry-level production wages start at $19.84 an hour, and a $1500 sign-on bonus may apply.
