Students Enjoy Food Trucks, Beautiful Weather at Spring Fling

Ice cream sells out before event is over

City and county employees, USC Union students, staff, and employees, and members of the public came out amid beautiful weather Wednesday to enjoy the university’s annual Spring Fling event. Anita Whitney organized the event, and she told WBCU News what it is all about:

The food trucks were very popular, as was the ice cream, which sold out with a little more than an hour left in the event. Vendors for the event were Tacos & Bla Bla Bla, Boun’s Fire and Rice Hibachi, Spuddering Around, and Front Porch Churn.
