Suspects Who Stole Vehicles in Union County Arrested in Newberry

Three men and a woman were arrested

The Newberry County Sheriff’s Office reports that four suspects were arrested after a chase in a stolen vehicle early Tuesday morning. Whitmire Police chased the suspects who were in a stolen car from Union County. The chase ended in an area between US 76 and I-26, where the suspects ran into the woods. Three men and a woman were arrested, though their identities have not yet been released. The Newberry County Sheriff’s Office said they had stolen several vehicles in Union County.
