The critical need for blood donations continues across the area, and The Blood Connection is offering additional incentives to encourage people to give. The bloodmobile will be at Walmart of Union today from 2-7 p.m. for people to come and donate blood. As usual, all donors will receive a $20 eGift card for donating. In addition, donors will receive 2000 bonus TBC Rewards points, which is worth enough for an additional $50 eGift card. Donor turnout has been low over the past few months, so donations are needed to help supply local hospitals with the blood they need for procedures and for emergencies.
