They are hiring direct support personnel, part-time route drivers, and LPNs/RNs, which is a PRN position, serving as needed. The Charles Lea Center offers health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k plan. They have paid time off and paid holiday time. They also have a free onsite wellness clinic. Contec is also holding a hiring event today from 9-1 at SC Works Spartanburg. They are looking to hire material handlers for 2nd and 3rd shifts, a laminator technician for 3rd shift, and an assembler (Vk mop operator) for 3rd shift. Contec offers health and wellness plans, paid time off, employee leave benefits, and an on-site health clinic. A little further up the road, Lockheed Martin will hold a hiring event at the Greenville SC Works office at McAlister Square at 225 South Pleasantburg Drive. Their hiring event is set for Tuesday, January 25, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hiring managers will be on-site interviewing at the event for candidates who meet the basic experience level—just one year of manufacturing experience for F-16 production structures mechanics, avionics technicians, and A&P mechanic positions. They are offering up to $2000 sign-on bonuses and $5000 relocation lump-sum payments for select hires. Register to attend at tinyurl.com/lmjobfair.
