Allen to fill unexpired term of William D. All, III

Three and a half weeks after former Probate Judge William D. All, III, resigned and the Union delegation sent the governor their recommendation for his replacement, Governor Henry McMaster signed an executive order Tuesday naming a new Probate Judge. McMaster followed the delegation’s recommendation and named Toni S. Allen to the post. Allen will fill the rest of All’s unexpired term, which ends in 2022. Supervisor Frank Hart sent out an announcement stating that Allen will be sworn in on Friday, October 1, at 11 a.m. in the courtroom.
