Allen was unopposed for the post
In addition to the city council members and supervisor, two elected officials who ran unopposed were sworn in Tuesday, as well. WBCU News caught up with Probate Judge Toni Horne Allen, and asked her how things are going in the office right now:

Allen said if you need probate services after the death of a loved one, the first step is to call and come by to pick up a packet of information to fill out. After that, she said to call and make an appointment to continue the process. She said on average, it takes around 8 months to go through the probate process.
