Possession of anabolic steroids, unlawful conduct toward a child, and possession of stolen goods among the new charges
A Union man already facing several charges for distribution of fentanyl has had more charges added against him. 33-year-old Joshua Keith Price is charged with possession of more than 10 doses of anabolic steroids. The steroids were found in his possession at his Wimbleton Road home on December 2nd. Price is charged with unlawful conduct toward a child, as well. The warrant states Price put his two-year-old daughter at unreasonable risk of harm in that he had an amount of blue powdered fentanyl on a dresser within the reach of his daughter at his home. He faces another charge of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance near a school. The warrant states Price had a large quantity of fentanyl at his home, which is within half a mile of Union Christian Day School. Price is also charged with possession of a stolen handgun, as a stolen Glock model 17 was found at his home. He is charged with possession of stolen goods, as well, as he had a stolen PSA AR-15 at his home. He is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, as he had hypodermic needles along with anabolic steroids found at his home. Bond was denied on Price.
Another Union man who was charged this week with fentanyl distribution also faces additional charges. 31-year-old Mark Anthony Caldwell is charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance. According to the arrest warrant, Caldwell had a large quantity of blue pills, identified as fentanyl, in his possession while on Wingfield Drive in Union on December 2nd. Caldwell also faces a charge of possession of stolen goods, as he had in his possession a PSA AR-15 while at the home of Joshua Price. He is also charged with possession of a stolen handgun for the stolen Glock model 17 that was found in Price’s home. He faces another charge of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance near a school as he had a large quantity of fentanyl while at Price’s home, which is within half a mile of Union Christian Day School. Bond was denied on Caldwell.
