Group to approve sale of Midway Green spec building to MycoWorks

The Board of Directors of the Union County Facilities Corporation will hold their annual meeting for the 2021 and 2022 calendar years this Friday, February 4, at 1 p.m. It will be held in the Union County Development Board offices located at 207 South Herndon Street in Union.

At the meeting, they will acknowledge new board members and officers. They are also set to approve the terms of purchase and sale agreement for the Midway Green Spec Building property, which is being purchased by MyCoWorks. The company has announced it is coming to Union County, having committed to a $107 million investment and 400 new jobs.
