Price accused of distributing drugs while at Walmart

A Union man also faces several drug charges for distribution of fentanyl. 33-year-old Joshua Keith Price, of Wimbleton Road, faces three counts of distribution of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, and three counts of distribution of a controlled substance near a school.

Price is accused of distributing fentanyl to someone while at 513 North Duncan Bypass, which is Walmart’s address, on three separate occasions—November 4, November 12, and November 17. Since Walmart is within half a mile of Union Christian Day School, the additional distribution charges near a school apply. Union Public Safety Department arrested Price on Thursday.
