Union Man Arrested for Selling Drugs to Informant

Deal happened last year at Family Dollar

A Union man faces several drug charges stemming from sales to a confidential informant. Back on August 9, 2022, 25-year-old Jarvaris Devonte Jeter is accused of selling a quantity of blue pills to a confidential informant while at Family Dollar on East Main Street. He is charged with distribution of a Schedule 1 controlled substance and distribution within proximity of a school, as it is less than half a mile from USC Union. He had two other warrants for possession with intent to distribute a Schedule 1 drug that dated back to July 15 and July 21, as well as a window tint violation. Jeter has since been released on bond.
