Union Man Faces Several Drug Charges Stemming From the Summer

Fleming is accused of selling drugs to confidential informants

A Union man faces multiple drug charges in cases dating back to this summer. 23-year-old Tydreke Keshawn Fleming faces four counts of possession with intent to distribute drugs within proximity of a park, playground or school, possession with intent to distribute a Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 drug, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, and two counts of possession with intent to distribute a Schedule 1, 2, or 3 drug. He also faces charges of marijuana possession, failure to stop for a blue light, driving under suspension, and resisting arrest.

Fleming is accused of selling marijuana to a confidential informant while at an address on Porter Street on June 28 and July 13. He is accused of selling crack cocaine to a confidential informant while at an address on Porter Street on July 13.

On September 17, he is charged with driving under suspension, failure to stop for a blue light, and resisting arrest. According to the warrants, Fleming was driving a black Dodge Challenger and did not stop for blue lights while on South Pinckney Street. He then ran from officers during a traffic stop in the South Pinckney Street/South Mountain Street area. Fleming was arrested on the charges on Thursday. At the time of his arrest, he had marijuana in his possession, leading to the marijuana possession charge. Fleming is out on bond.
