Normal schedule will resume on Tuesday
As our WBCU family prepares to spend time with our families for Christmas, we are preparing some special programming for you on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Starting at 6 a.m. Christmas Eve, WBCU and our sponsors will present the Sounds of a Union County Christmas. Our Christmas Eve programming will feature church and school musical presentations. Some of them will be new, while others are from past years, as COVID precautions have kept some churches from having such choir presentations this year. Sounds of a Union County Christmas will air from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday.
From 6 p.m. Christmas Eve through 6 p.m. Christmas Day, Union Medical Center and the Union County Sheriff’s Office will present 24 Hours of Christmas Music as a Christmas gift to the community. Join WBCU for 24 hours of Christmas music, interrupted only by Christmas wishes from the employees of Union Medical Center and the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
Our offices will be closed on Monday, as well. We will have great country music for you all day Monday, but we will not have our normal contests, swap and shop, or gospel hour. We will resume normal programming on Tuesday. From all of us to each of you, we hope you have a wonderful, safe, and merry Christmas!
