Wendy's Confirmed to Open a Restaurant in Union

Harbor Freight expected to open later this month

Retail success in Union County doesn’t stop with Starbucks. Harbor Freight is expected to open later this month at 719 North Duncan Bypass, Suite A, in the old Western Auto building that was most recently used by the Label Shopper store.

In an on-air interview Wednesday with several county employees, WBCU News asked Jami Trammell with the Union County Development Board if she could speak to any of the rumors of businesses coming to Union, and she had this to say:

Wendy’s will be located across from El Poblano near the entrance to Walmart in the lot where Davis Produce used to be.
