Woman Charged with Breach of Trust

Incident occurred in January at Radio Shack

A Union woman has been charged with breach of trust in an incident reported on January 31. The arrest warrant states that 38-year-old Cassie Patrick entered into a written agreement with Radio Shack for the rental of a 2018 Ford F-650. She was entrusted to abide by the terms of the contract but failed to do so by not returning the vehicle by the specified date on the contract. Patrick was arrested and charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent, $10,000 or more, early Saturday morning.
