Incidents took place March 24, March 31, April 15, and June 9
A Union woman faces numerous drug charges for offenses that occurred in March, April, and June of this year. 40-year-old Kimberly Ann Fowler is charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, 2nd offense, for selling a quantity of meth to an undercover operative with the Union County Sheriff’s Office back on March 24. She faces another possession with intent to distribute meth charge for having a gram of meth in her possession while on a traffic stop back on March 31. She faces a third count of possession with intent to distribute meth for having a gram of meth in her possession while on a traffic stop on April 15. She is also charged with possession of meth, second offense, and possession of marijuana for having under a gram of methamphetamine and some marijuana in her purse while on Hicks Street on June 9. Fowler was arrested Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,500. She remains at the Union County Detention Center.
